Leadership Team

	Justus Heyman, Lead Pastor Originally from San Diego, California, Justus and his wife Samantha have been serving the Lord in France since 2005. Their ministry in France began with a church plant project in Nice, then leading the youth and young adult ministries at Crossroads Church Ferney from 2009-2012. When Crossroads Saint Genis (now Thoiry) was created in 2012 as a church plant of Crossroads Ferney, Justus took over as lead pastor.
	Dani Reyes, Youth Ministry Dani was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia, serving in France since 2019. In 2021 she moved to the great Geneva area to serve youth and young adults, through the ministry at Crossroads. The Youth ministry is focused on teaching the teens on how to live for the cause of Jesus Christ while we have fun, make new friends, and enjoy the presence of the Holy Spirit. Our youth ministry invites teenagers to encounter the transforming presence, power, and love of Jesus by creating an interactive community founded on the Word.
	Lexie Wolf, Youth and Worship Ministries Lexie grew up in Southern California and moved to the greater Geneva area in March 2023. She is passionate about seeing young people come to know and serve the Lord. The vision of Crossroads Thoiry youth ministry is to help a growing number of teens receive and reflect the love of Jesus Christ. She stepped into the role of worship facilitator at her church back home in 2020. She hopes to continue to see the way God will move through musical worship here at Crossroads Thoiry.
	Elders We have four Elders serving on the Elder Board who shape and safeguard the purpose of our church community.
